I fell in a situation where I had to arrange home care... read more services for my aunt in Chicago suburb area because my cousin became incapacitated. I called about 10 home cares near my aunt, and they were all very salesy, rude, or unknowledgeable. When I called Primus and talked to John, he was very sincere and proactive. The experience with John was like no other. He was very detailed in building a care note with me and placing a care giver with one day notice, and he still calls me to update how things are going with my aunt every now and then. I instantly felt that my aunt was in a good hand.

All my children are away with their family and work, but my health is declining rather quickly. About two years ago, my children hired Primus to check on me twice... read more a week. Even though I did not want anyone in my house in the beginning, caregivers with Primus did change my mind. They are very pleasant to have in my house. Now, caregivers come every day, and I do not think I will be able to make it thru a day without them. I recommend them to anyone who needs them.
